- Ensure that all new products are successfully launched on-time with full and accurate supporting technical and marketing information, whilst providing timely communications to all internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Represent the UK at all relevant key project milestone meetings and reviews during product development, clearly engaging with group colleagues and presenting the UK technical and customer requirements positively and ensuring our Product and System requirements are met.
- With group Product Managers (Nantes and Remscheid), ensure product strategy is followed, and UK technical specifications are met and all effectively implemented.
- Through a deep understanding of customer experience (technical and commercial for the full customer journey), identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor products and pricing. Sales arguments for new competitor products/pricing etc should be delivered swiftly to sales teams.
- Continuously monitor the market to identify any product/system opportunities for new and existing products.

- Experience of the Heating/HVAC industry is essential for all applicants.
- Candidates should have a strong technical knowledge of the wider heating industry with particular emphasis on gas boiler, heat pump and hot water systems and controls, components and ancillaries.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- You should have the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- An analytical approach, with the ability to understand details and solve technical problems using appropriate processes and tools is important.
- Attention to detail and a drive for accuracy is required.
