• Qualification: You hold a University/master’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, including leadership in C++ software development and embedded Linux, with HVAC exposure.
• Experience: You bring experience in leading teams and in agile embedded software product or technology development; PMO project deployment; familiarity with HVAC markets, systems, customers, competitors, and suppliers.
• Know-how and skills: You bring strong technical knowledge in C++ and embedded Linux; mechanical engineering background; familiarity with HVAC technologies and stakeholders; SAFe or similar agile RD processes; ability to guide teams and align with product owners.
• Nice to have: You appreciate additional languages beyond English (German or other) and have experience with HVAC industry partners and suppliers; familiarity with product lifecycle management, QA/testing, and DevOps practices.
• Personality: You are a collaborative, empowering, empathetic leader who communicates clearly, fosters inclusive and innovative culture, and inspires others to grow and contribute.
• Language skills: You have excellent English; German language skills are a plus; you can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and partners.
