As a Finance Analyst SEE, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing monthly preparations, bookings, reconciliations, and controls of balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual statutory financial statements in line with local accounting and tax regulations
- Preparing financial approvals, invoices for pre-invoiced goods/services, and supporting foreign payment orders
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting for internal management and Group requirements, including preparation and upload of financial data, templates, and forms.
- Preparing analytical financial reports (sales analytics, inventory analytics, margin overview, local P&L, KPIs, etc.)
- Ensuring accuracy and transparency of financial results through variance analysis and investigation of deviations
- Assisting in preparing financial presentations (cockpit reports, management reviews, QBR, annual summaries)
- Provide financial and accounting support to other departments based on inquiries and business needs
- Support monitoring of budgets vs. actuals, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with departments to collect assumptions and validate financial impacts

As a Finance Analyst, you combine strong financial expertise with analytical thinking and a collaborative approach. You bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting, controlling or financial analysis roles
- Technical proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage)
- Analytical skills: Ability to work with large data sets, prepare structured reports, and deliver accurate insights
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in financial processes
- Communication: Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
