As a Spares Technical you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of spare parts for our latest products, including heat pumps and air conditioning systems. From development through market launch and throughout the product lifecycle, you will take ownership of the complete spare parts portfolio and help deliver outstanding service to our customers worldwide.
Your Responsibilities

• Define and maintain spare parts, service kits, and maintenance kits for new and existing products throughout their lifecycle and manage the complete spare parts portfolio for new products, ensuring readiness for market launch.
• Create and maintain spare parts master data, structures, and bills of materials (BOMs) in SAP and PTC Windchill.
• Develop spare parts concepts and coordinate implementation with R&D, suppliers, spare parts centers, and local markets.
• Support the preparation of technical specifications and supplier qualification activities and manage inspection and approval processes for spare parts and related components.
• Ensure spare parts availability in central warehouses and spare parts centers at product launch.
• Collaborate closely with international stakeholders to continuously improve after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Education:Technical education or equivalent professional qualification required

Experience

•  Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role.
•  Experience in product development, spare parts manageme•nt, after-sales engineering, or industrial equipment is an advantage;  Experience  in an international and cross-functional environment is desirable.

Knowledge

•  Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
•  Familiarity with product structures, BOM management, and engineering data systems.
•  Experience with SAP, PTC Windchill, or similar PLM/ERP systems is highly desirable.
•  Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
•  Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities and proactive, structured, and quality-oriented working style.
•  Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
