Are you an experienced professional in cost analysis and manufacturing technologies? We are looking for a highly motivated Cost Analyst with exceptional skills to support cost avoidance, control, and reduction of our products' manufacturing costs. 
The responsibilities will be:

• Define target costs for purchased parts, communicate potentials, and implement countermeasures.
• Lead and organize cost negotiations with suppliers, enforcing targets with a strategic yet firm approach.
• Support of R&D projects with cost estimations and product overviews, advising project managers and industrial teams while uncovering additional potential.
• Facilitate cross-project comparisons and drive implementation of cost-saving measures.
• Perform spontaneous task force assignments internally and with suppliers as needed.
• Develop Make-or-Buy concepts, coordinate with stakeholders, and present findings to management and train industrial teams in cost analysis techniques and methodologies.

• Technical degree (Master's, Engineer, Technician) with knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
• Extensive experience (>5-7 years) in cost analysis, including cost calculation skills relevant to our manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in value engineering methodologies such as Value Stream Analysis and Value Analysis.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present and lead workshops effectively.
• Proactive, self-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent and confident in English.
