• As a Material Supply Planner, you will ensure the availability of production materials.
• You will be involved in daily planning activities, including working with MRP lists and monitoring material requirements.
• Your responsibilities will also include creating and transferring orders and canceled orders (including forecasts) to external suppliers, including the required quantity and delivery date.
• You will monitor inbound deliveries, track delivery notes, and proactively follow up with suppliers in case of delayed or undelivered shipments. 
• You will communicate with suppliers in case of regular issues and escalating to management if necessary and you will contribute to the procurement and phase-out process of materials from external sources.
• You will maintain regular and proactive communication to identify potential supply risks early and ensure timely escalation of issues when required.

What makes us successful together

• You have education (3 years of study) or similar professional training, and 2 years of further education.
• You can rely on your English language skills at B2 level and your strong computer literacy, including MS Office and SAP. 
• Your strengths include a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, communication skills, results-oriented mindset, analytical and logical thinking.
• An advantage will be previous experience in controlling, material planning, or material procurement.

What you can count on

• The gross monthly salary for this position ranges is from 1650 € based on a 40-hour workweek. The specific gross mothly salary depends on your job-related qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you will receive annual bonus equivalent to 2 months salaries  based on individual target achievement.
