What we achieve together
We are looking for a structured and service-minded Service Coordinator to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and follow-up of service activities for our technical organization.
You will be responsible for managing service agreements, scheduling service visits, and supporting technicians by optimizing and maintaining the dispatch board. This is a coordinating role with many touchpoints, where accuracy, communication, and the ability to prioritize are essential.
You will report to the Technical Support Manager and work closely with technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders. This is a temporary position for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension, and a preferred start date as soon as possible.
Your main tasks will include:
- Creating and maintaining service agreements
- Handling and responding to incoming customer emails
- Scheduling service interventions and inspections
- Coordinating daily jobs and assignments for field technicians
- Optimizing and managing the dispatch board to ensure smooth operations
- Following up on service interventions awaiting spare parts
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up of service activities

- You are fluent in spoken and written Danish and feel comfortable communicating on a daily basis
- You can communicate professionally in English and enjoy working in an international environment
- You feel confident using IT tools at user level, such as Microsoft Office and other digital platforms
- You have experience from a coordinating, administrative, or service-related role or are motivated to grow into one
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and take pride in supporting colleagues and customers
