• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring digital platforms and systems meet global standards.
• Drive standardization and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and enable innovation.
• Lead the implementation of digital projects and new technology rollouts, including AI and other advanced solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global IT standards, directives, and cybersecurity policies.
• Contribute to the development of IT architecture and support upcoming process template rollouts.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to boost user productivity and technology adoption.
• The position is part-time, corresponding to 32 hours per week. 
• In this role, you will report directly to the Nordic Country Director. 

What makes us successful together

• You are a skilled professional with a strong background in digital infrastructure and project management. 
• You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. 
• You bring minimum of five years’ experience in technical support and managing complex projects. 
• You show expertise in digital architecture, system integration, and vendor coordination. 
• You bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across the organization. 
• You have a solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. 
• You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
