- You take ownership of end-to-end system processes and ensure that business requirements are translated into effective, scalable, and future-oriented solutions.
- Together with interdisciplinary teams, you analyze existing business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvements that generate measurable value.
- Your responsibilities will include defining system requirements, creating functional concepts, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- By coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure seamless integration between systems, maintain process consistency, and support sustainable system landscapes.
- You support implementation projects, system enhancements, and change initiatives while ensuring high quality standards and a positive user experience.
- Through proactive governance and performance monitoring, you help strengthen operational efficiency, transparency, and long-term business success.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You have gained several years of professional experience in process management, system ownership, business applications, project management, or related disciplines.
- Know-how and skills: You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and can translate business needs into practical system solutions while effectively managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Nice to have: Experience with enterprise applications, process optimization methodologies, system integrations, ERP environments, or digital transformation initiatives is considered an advantage.
- Personality: You are a collaborative and solution-oriented professional who enjoys taking responsibility, driving change, and building strong relationships across teams and organizational levels.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered beneficial.
