What we achieve together
- You will support short-term (weekly & W+2) and mid-term (18-month rolling & budget-based) production planning activities.
- You will assist in managing production volumes in line with annual turnover objectives and finished goods inventory targets.
- You will contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans across multiple product groups.
- You will support demand collection from NSC countries and assist in production and shipment planning activities.
- You will participate in S&OP and inventory steering meetings, and actively follow up on assigned action items.
- You will collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering, Finance, and SCM teams.
- You will support order planning, production scheduling, and shipment coordination processes.
- You will assist in product phase-in and phase-out activities from an inventory planning perspective.
- You will prepare regular production, inventory, and planning reports.
- You will support planning processes in SAP and IBP systems, including master data maintenance.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within the Supply Chain team.

- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering), Business Administration, or Economics opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company.
- Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain functions.
- Know-how and Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong reporting capabilities, and knowledge of SAP (PP-MM) will allow you to manage planning processes effectively.
- Language Skills: A good command of English is required to work in an international business environment.
- Personality: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset will help you succeed as part of our team.
