- You create a forward looking and reliable monthly supply plan by carefully aligning forecasts, inventories, and the capacities of our plants and suppliers.
- Your responsibilities include ensuring stable product availability in our sales companies and distribution centers, making a key contribution to customer satisfaction.
- Together with the local Sales Support teams, you analyze demand, prepare the local Sales and Operations Planning meetings, and represent your area of responsibility in global meetings as well.
- Through close coordination with production control, you take capacities and current customer orders into account to ensure efficient and robust production planning.
- You actively contribute your expertise to the phase in/phase out process and thus help shape the future of our product portfolio.
- Through well founded inventory analyses and precise master data maintenance in our planning and ERP systems, you support the continuous development of our processes and tools.
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You have completed commercial training with additional qualifications or a degree relevant to supply chain, logistics, or production management.
- Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in supply network planning, production planning, or production control.
- Know-how: You have strong abilities in analyzing complex supply-chain relationships as well as working with data and planning processes; you are also confident in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning will make your start easier and enable you to contribute even more actively to process optimization.
- Personality: You stand out for your strong communication skills, commitment, and structured work style, which help you develop viable solutions together with various stakeholders.
- Language: You communicate fluently in English; German would be a plus
