• Follow MOC to make production scheduling plan and follow up supplier delivery on time to avoid shortfall.
• Apply for payment in time according to the payment term of purchasing to avoid overdue.
• According to the volume and weight of the goods, reasonably arrange transportation.
• Maintain good communication with suppliers to solve problems timely and properly.
• Work with forwarder to ensure the inbound delivery activities to be in VG's interests.
• Maintain SAP timely & accurately including invoice entry, stock transition etc. for import products
• Take charge of duty payment timely and accurately
• Control the inventory of relevant product categories to keep a balance and healthy inventory level.
• Monthly confirm with project sales about the sales quantity of OEM products involved in the project, to avoid excess inventory and shortfall caused by project adjustment.

What makes us successful together

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• at least 3 years above working experience in relevant station.
• Well-known the whole planning process or familiar with customs affairs.
• Good at English writing, fluent oral English is prefer.
• Trust worthy, moderate emotions and quick-witted.
• Must exhibit a collaborative work style, strong problem-solving skills, tenacity and flexible working hours.
• Good use of Microsoft office software including word, excel etc.In accordance with the policies and regulations of the country and the regions where Vaillant Group's subsidiaries operate, and based on the company’s practical needs, possession of relevant professional titles, certificates, licenses, or qualifications (whether related to your position at Vaillant or not) will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
