Supply Chain Manager Planning and Analytics

  • With your expertise and leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end supply chain planning processes of Vaillant Group Türkiye. By ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory strategies, you will contribute to operational efficiency, business continuity, and sustainable growth. In close collaboration with local and international stakeholders, you will strengthen planning excellence and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • You will lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • You will manage demand forecasting and supply planning processes to secure product availability and service continuity.
  • You will oversee inventory planning and stock optimization to maintain healthy stock levels and improve cost efficiency.
  • You will monitor supply chain KPIs and analyze planning performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • You will drive the S&OP process and ensure strong collaboration across Sales, Production, and Supply Chain functions.
  • You will coordinate planning activities with local and international stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
  • You will identify supply chain risks and develop proactive action plans to improve supply reliability.
  • You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational performance.
  • You will support data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
  • You will lead, coach, and develop the supply chain planning team while strengthening organizational capabilities.

  • Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company. 
  • Experience: Preferably at least 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, including leadership experience, will provide you with the opportunity to join our dynamic team.
  • Know-how and Skills: Knowledge of supply chain planning, S&OP processes, inventory management, SAP (PP/MM/IBP/SD), and data analytics tools will allow you to make a meaningful impact. 
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is required to work effectively in an international business environment.
  • Personality: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, strategic mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills will help you succeed as part of our team.
