- In your role, you will prepare technical specifications and quotations, ensuring customer projects are supported with accurate and high quality solutions.
- Through site visits and video consultations, you will assess customer requirements and identify the most suitable commercial equipment for each project.
- Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed sales plans, including call planning and regional visits for merchants, local authorities and specification customers.
- By clearly explaining and demonstrating Vaillant’s full range of commercial boilers, heat pumps and accessories, you will build trust and long term customer relationships.
- Together with colleagues from other sales teams, you will collaborate to develop shared opportunities and deliver mutual business growth.
- By analysing monthly sales and performance reports, you will track progress against targets and work with the Sales Director to identify opportunities and recovery plans where needed.

- You have previous sales experience within commercial systems and plant room environments.
- You demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills and are confident in working with contractors, merchant chains and specification customers.
- You are well organised, manage your time effectively and accurately document activities using Customer Relationship Management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- You approach your work with collaboration and resilience and enjoy building sustainable relationships based on trust and professionalism.
- You show a strong commercial mindset combined with a genuine interest in sustainable heating technologies and are motivated to contribute to the energy transition through customer focused solutions.
- You hold a full United Kingdom driving licence and are comfortable with regular regional travel and occasional overnight stays. It is essential the successful applicant lives on patch in one of the following postcode areas: BH, HA, HP, PO, RG, SL, SO, SP, TW, UB or WD.
