• Implements consistently UI/UX design and digital products based on the brand design strategy and design guideline
• Collaborate with product management and implements functional user interfaces, screen workflow, and UX support for APP.
• Reaching consensus with the project team and being able to output low fidelity flowcharts in the early stages. Support the development team in interface implementation, responsible for the entire design process of project development, and create prototypes if needed.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and embedded development teams to ensure the adaptability and performance optimization of designs on high-resolution color screens.
• Able to handle basic graphic design such as icons, home screen, and sharing ideas with design team.
• Participating with design team on design research to identify user needs, trends, competitors, scenarios, etc

What makes us successful together

• Bachelor's degree with focus on UI/UX Design.
• 3+ years working experience in digital product development such as whole-house smart controller, home appliance HMI and APP.
• Capable of conducting user research and interaction design, able to output clear design logic and design documentation.
• Proficient in software including Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, basic understanding of Qt Designer Studio.
• Language skills in English.
• Have relevant experience in independently completing the design of whole-house smart controller.
• Knowledge of methods such as design thinking, customer insights and user-centered design.
