• Project Planning & Task Execution: Deconstruct high-level objectives into executable work packages and task lists based on HR strategic project plans. Track completion status, identify schedule deviations, and proactively coordinate resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation & Meeting Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Organize project meetings, prepare materials, and document key decisions and action items for clear traceability.
• Change Communication & Training Support: Support change communication activities by preparing FAQs, training materials, and system user guides to facilitate smooth adoption and user understanding.
• Reporting & KPI Tracking: Regularly collect data on project progress, resource utilization, and risks. Generate status reports (weekly/monthly) using standard templates, and assist in establishing project KPI tracking mechanisms and maintaining dashboards.
• Operational Support & Continuous Improvement: Support operational activities during pilot/rollout phases and address common execution issues. Participate in project retrospectives, document lessons learned, and maintain task boards, calendars, and document repositories within project management tools to improve team execution consistency.

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Management, Economics, or Information Management.
• Experience: 3–5 years of work experience, with 1–2 years in HR or cross-functional projects (internships/rotations acceptable).
• Know-how: Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, performance management). Proficient in office tools (Excel, PPT, Word) and collaboration platforms (Teams/Feishu/DingTalk, Jira/Trello/Asana basics).
• Personality: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and thrive in cross-functional team environments.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certificates or licenses are considered a plus during selection.
