• Release sales orders for after-sales business based on payment and after-sales order types.
• Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation for technicians' transactions, including recording income payments, reconciling accounts, clearing accounts, and issuing invoices to end consumers in a timely manner.
• Be responsible for tracking outstanding receivables related to technicians'transactions and for following up and communicating with the regional after-sales team.
• Prepare and track technicians'receivable aging reports.
• Be responsible for intercompany non-trading charges.
• Manage monthly tax calculations and filings for the branches.
• Be responsible for fixed asset processes and conduct physical counts to ensure accurate fixed asset records.
• Generate and reconcile financial statements prepared under PRC GAAP and IFRS and verify their accuracy for branches.

What makes us successful together

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting or finance
• More than 5 years of accounting experience in foreign enterprises
• English fluent both in written and oral
• Be familiar with SAP system.
• Demonstrate strong and solid accounting knowledge in routine transactions and financial statements for both PRC GAAP and IFRS
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Self-motivated, can work under pressure and solve problems independently.
