• Closely engage with product manager to do requirement analysis. In-depth mining and analysis of user needs, able to dig out user's real needs and put forward the corresponding improvement plan.
• Analysis the feasibility of new requirements and enhance existing functions including workflow, control logic, UI, etc; ensures the APP design fits the needs of the users.
• Participate in system communication of CRS and concept design to identify APP requirement and solution.
• Work closely with scrum develop team, breakdown requirements to Features/PBIs.
• Responsible for technical requirement clarification in planning meeting, define acceptance criteria, review delivery in each review meeting.Related documents archiving management.
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to handle different challenges, e.g., resources, progress, quality, etc.
• Ensure APP design follow compliance and legal requirement.

What makes us successful together

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, flexible to handle different situations with other function teams.
• Familiar with product prototype design tools, such as Axure, Modao.
• Experience with APP design is a plus.Experience with BA/software development is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements to development team.
• Good English in both written and oral.
