Senior Specialist BCM Production (m/f/d)

What we achieve together

  • In your role as Senior Specialist BCM Production (m/f/d), you will make a significant contribution to ensuring the business continuity capability of our production and logistics sites.
  • You will support the coordination and implementation of group-wide preventive measures within the area of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and serve as a professional partner to the group-wide crisis coordinator.
  • Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the Manufacturing Emergency Round Table, helping to minimize risks, strengthen the responsiveness of our sites, and support the management of group-wide crisis situations.
  • Your responsibilities will include coordinating, supporting, and tracking internal and external audits as well as crisis training activities in close collaboration with external BCM consulting partners.
  • You will act as the central point of contact for all BCM-related topics within the Manufacturing area and serve as an interface between the production plants and the corporate headquarters.
  • By creating, implementing, and continuously developing group-wide BCM standards for production sites, you will ensure consistent requirements and support the sites in their practical implementation.
  • Ensuring the completeness and up-to-dateness of all BCM documentation as well as emergency and crisis management concepts will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • In addition, you will support the continuous assessment and further development of the sites within the group-wide BCM maturity model

 

What makes us successful together

  • Qualifications: You hold a master’s degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study. In addition, you bring solid experience in Business Continuity Management within a manufacturing environment and are familiar with the specific requirements of industrial structures and processes.
  • Know-how: You possess sound expertise in fire protection, safety engineering, or auditing and apply this knowledge effectively in standards, audits, and measure analyses.
  • Personality: You work in a structured, analytical, and risk-oriented manner, communicate clearly with various stakeholders, and act consistently in line with defined standards.
  • Language skills and willingness to travel: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as a high willingness to travel
