Senior HR Business Partner

What we achieve together

  • You will act as the main point of contact for HR-related topics, providing guidance and support to line managers in your area of responsibility.
  • You will contribute to workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes in line with business needs.
  • You will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs in alignment with global HR strategies.
  • You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support workforce planning in line with company targets.
  • You will analyze HR KPIs (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • You will manage employee and labour relations, ensuring compliance with labour law and company policies.
  • You will support change management initiatives and contribute to organizational transformation and culture development.
  • You will collaborate with global HR teams and actively participate in cross-functional HR projects.
  • You will identify training needs and support the development of employees in your area of responsibility.

  • Qualification: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company; an engineering background will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, including recruitment, performance management, and labour relations, will give you the opportunity to join our dynamic team.
  • Know-how and Skills: Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including change management, governance, and labour relations; experience in HR KPI analysis and reporting will allow you to make a meaningful impact.
  • Language Skills: A good command of English is required to work in an international business environment.
  • Personality: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with a consultative mindset, will help you succeed as part of our team.
