• In this position you will be responsible for releasing of product and process, approval/release of externally supplied parts at series start and during serial changes related to supplier product and process changes together with the other stakeholders according to VG requirements. (PPAP – part approval).
• You will coordinate the approval activities for different project groups including Trading Goods.
• You will be responsible for an audit plan of defined suppliers according to internal requirements.
• In your role you will actively participate in supplier development and follow up CPP (continuous progress plan) related to quality actions.
• You will cooperate in supplier related development projects of Vaillant Group, qualify the application of the required methods and processes to ensure that the functional product requirements are fulfilled based on customer requirements.
• Lead and support the CPP activities at the suppliers will be one of your key tasks.
• You will drive an escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues wherever applicable

What makes us successful together

• You hold university I. or II. degree, mechanical engineering or electrical/electronical engineering.
• You can rely on your English language fluent spoken & written - level B2.
• You have a sound knowledge and confident application of quality methods such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, ISO, preferably ASPICE.
• You have 5 years of vocational experience in quality planning, development and/or manufacturing (HVAC, automotive field preferred).
• You have minimum of 2 years’ experience as an internal/external auditor to ISO 9001 standard or similar (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949).
• Your strengths include attention to detail, sense of responsibility, communication skills, results orientation and effective collaboration.
• You have willingness to travel (valid driving licence required).
