As part of the Vaillant Group, you will play a key role in strengthening our position in the Swedish HVAC market. Your expertise will help shape our sales strategy, enhance the customer experience, and ensure that our brand continues to set the standard for quality and energy efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and drive new business opportunities and develop regional partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and contribute insights to the sales strategy.
- Work in a data-driven way in CRM (Salesforce) with sales planning, forecasting, and follow-up.
- Lead complex negotiations and ensure that commercial terms are adhered to.
- Support and collaborate closely with marketing, service, and supply chain.
- Prepare reports and analyses for the management team to track performance and development.
In this role, you report directly to our Nordic Sales Director.

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (a master’s degree is considered an advantage).
- You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within HVAC or the technical industry.
- You have a solid background in key account management and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment where multiple functions need to work closely together.
- You are proficient in MS Office and experienced in working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- You are result-oriented, take ownership, and always put the customer first.
- You are able to travel as part of the role and have strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience within the heat pump industry is highly desirable.
