In your role as Salesforce Lead-to-Order Consultant, you will shape how we connect customer needs with smart digital solutions at Vaillant. You will take ownership together with your team and turn ideas into impactful Salesforce implementations that truly make a difference.

  • Act as a trusted partner for the business by understanding requirements and translating them into scalable Lead-to-Order solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale Salesforce rollouts, ensuring structured planning, stakeholder alignment, and smooth deployment across multiple markets.
  • By combining business analysis with hands-on configuration, you contribute directly to building flows, data models, validation rules, and meaningful reports
  • Together with Product Owners and stakeholders, you facilitate workshops and actively shape solution designs across international markets
  • As part of a self-organised team, you take shared responsibility for delivering high-quality solutions while continuously improving ways of working
  • Your responsibilities will include contributing to integrations, data migration activities, and cross-system processes in close collaboration with developers and other experts
  • Through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback, you strengthen team capabilities and actively foster a culture of trust and continuous learning

 

What makes us successful together

  • Qualifications: You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology or a comparable field
  • Experience: You bring 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant with exposure to Sales Cloud environments
  • Know-how and skills: You demonstrate strong hands-on Salesforce administration expertise including data modelling, flows, validation rules, and configuration, complemented by experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SOQL or Workbench
  • Nice to have: Experience with Marketing Cloud, system integrations, analytics solutions or Salesforce certifications
  • Personality: You are a collaborative team player who values shared ownership, actively seeks feedback, and is motivated by delivering results together rather than individually
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in English and German
