- You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that connect people, processes, and data across Vaillant teams worldwide.
- You will work as part of Vaillant Group’s internal Salesforce team, supporting the Lead-to-Order business stream and collaborating with Vaillant National Sales Companies (NSCs).
- You will implement user stories in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Classic and LEX) and drive migration to Salesforce DX and Lightning to modernize our CRM.
- You will write and update platform documentation and conduct stakeholder trainings and demos to ensure adoption and value realization.
- You will contribute to a self-organizing and autonomous team, collaborating with architects, product owners, and developers to shape the CRM roadmap.
- You will develop our CRM service system in a cross-country and cross-branded environment, ensuring data integrity and seamless cross-brand support.
- You will ensure security, governance, and high quality in code, documentation, and design, while continuously improving processes and ways of working.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience, ideally with a relevant certification.
- Experience: You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, APEX, LWC, Visualforce, SFDC DX, and strong Lightning and Web services knowledge (REST & SOAP).
- Know-how and skills: You bring solid object-oriented programming and frontend technologies (JavaScript, CSS), plus Git, Jira/Confluence, and API tooling (Postman), with a good understanding of SOQL/SQL.
- Nice to have: Additional Salesforce certifications, cross-country deployment experience, and data migration know-how in cross-brand environments.
- Personality: You are a collaborative, empathetic, solution-oriented teammate who communicates clearly, embraces feedback, and thrives in a diverse, inclusive team.
- Language skills: You communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus to support Vaillant’s global teams.
