As SAP-TM Project Manager, you will act as a key-user for SAP-TM. You will support and extend the applications of SAP Transportation Management in S/4HANA. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

• You will support, configure, and develop SAP TM applications to ensure smooth system functionality and continuous improvement.
• Your responsibility will include validating and maintaining transport master data and packaging assignments in SAP S/4HANA in compliance with SAP TM requirements.
• You will identify training gaps for SAP TM users, create training materials using datango, and assign trainings accordingly.
• You will cooperate with the IT team and SAP TM process owner to establish SAP TM Analytics.
• Regular updates on project progress and outcomes will be provided to the SAP TM process owner.
• You will recommend SAP TM role assignments and define the organizational structure for rollout entities.
• Your tasks will include documenting business requirements and IT specifications in Confluence and Jira.
• You will support end-to-end SAP TM project delivery, from initiation through go-live to post-implementation support.
• Participation in fit/gap analysis workshops, functional testing, and user acceptance testing will be part of your role, including raising change requests where needed.
• You will escalate template and local gaps to the SAP TM process owner and support necessary functional developments.
• Ensuring that SAP TM solutions align with global and regional business requirements will be a key part of your responsibilities.

What makes us successful together

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• You possess proven experience with SAP, ideally in SAP TM and S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with SAP integration across other modules (MM, SD, WM, EWM) is considered an advantage.
• You have strong knowledge of transport logistics and supply chain processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are among your key strengths.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of another European language (preferably German) is an advantage.
