• In this position you will coordinate and manage the rollout of the digital process landscape across selected Vaillant NSCs and also plan and facilitate Fit-Gap sessions with local country teams to identify specific requirements.
• Your responsibilities will organize and moderate workshops, alignment meetings, and status updates and assist in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the respective countries
• Enable Key Users through organizing training, coaching, and support to ensure smooth adoption of the new tools and processes and collaborate with international teams to ensure efficient and timely implementation will be your tasks.
• You will successfully develop and document respective process within Vaillant process landscape and monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage challenges.
• In this position you will document project outcomes, lessons learned, and suggestions for improvement

What makes us successful together

• You have successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification in economics, business administration and/or marketing.
• You have several years of experience in project management, ideally within digital transformation or platform rollouts and experience with rollout management of digital platforms and processes.
• You can rely on your excellent organizational skills and experience in transformation processes and your strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Autonomous, solution-oriented work approach with high initiative are your strengths.
• Knowledge in B2C Lead Management, Loyalty Programs, Learning Platforms for and B2B portals highly appreciated, but not necessary.
