• Your responsibilities will include preparing routine and advanced reports, analysing performance indicators and sharing the results with relevant teams to support strategic decisions
• By creating new reporting and analysis models, you will translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions and publish them through platforms such as QlikView
• Together with cross‑functional teams, you are involved in identifying improvement areas, initiating strategic projects and contributing to business development processes
• After analysing and evaluating business requirements, you will support Group‑level After‑Sales projects, providing accurate data, documentation and follow‑up
• By reporting field quality data, you will contribute to quality improvement activities and collaborate closely with Service Field Management, Spare Parts, Purchasing, Controlling, Accounting, Sales & Marketing and Quality teams
• You will manage outbound call portfolios for inhouse and outsourced call centers, track performance and support reduction of service‑related financial liabilities through proactive customer contact

What Makes Us Successful Together

• You have a bachelor’s degree from a relevant field and feel confident contributing your academic background to a data‑driven, collaborative environment
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in analytical reporting and data evaluation, enabling you to support both operational and strategic decision‑making processes
• You are proficient in SAP, BW, SEROS, QlikView, MIS and Microsoft Office applications, and you expertly use VBA Macro to build efficient, reliable and user‑friendly reporting structures
• Experience in service operations, customer portfolio management or outbound call‑related analysis helps you quickly adapt to our After‑Sales environment and contribute effectively
• You demonstrate strong communication skills, an analytical and solution‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work harmoniously with multiple stakeholders in dynamic and complex structures
• You have a very good command of English, allowing you to engage confidently in international communication and contribute to Group‑level reporting and project work
