  • By analyzing relevant KPIs related to service, installation, and data quality, you identify improvement opportunities and support their sustainable implementation
  • You prioritize quality‑related deviations, initiate the defect resolution process, and ensure transparency across countries and functions
  • As an extended project member, you contribute to product development projects and are responsible for installation and service FMEAs, among other tasks
  • You support the planning and follow‑up of warranty actions and warranty costs within the Vaillant Group

What makes us successful together

  • Nice to have: Experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology is an advantage
  • Personality: Your assertiveness, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities enable effective collaboration in cross‑functional networks
  • You communicate fluently in English and very well in German, and you navigate confidently in an international environment

  • Flexible working hours: We offer flexible working hours so that family and career can be coordinated individually
  • Salary: We offer an attractive remuneration package in accordance with the NRW IG Metall collective wage agreement, including vacation pay and Christmas bonus
  • You will work in a fast growing, agile and very dynamic team that challenges established routines and helps transforming the Vaillant Group to a data informed business
