- In this role, you will advise and support the introduction and optimization of group-wide innovative processes and applications in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Following your analysis and evaluation of business requirements, you will design and implement customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
- You will plan and carry out functional tests and manage go-live activities according to proven standards
- In addition, you will act as a competent mediator between internal and external contacts, using the latest project management methods
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, computer science or have a comparable qualification
- Experience: You bring at least 3-5 years of practical experience and knowledge in the implementation of complex service processes within Salesforce.com (focus on Service Cloud)
- Know- how and skills: You have experience in the Salesforce environment (focus on Service Cloud) and bring an understanding of processes and optimization potential in customer service
- Personality: Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, combined with a high degree of initiative and the motivation to work in an agile and interdisciplinary environment, make you a suitable candidate. You also have quick comprehension, analytical skills and "hands-on" mentality.
- Language skills: You speak fluent business English and German
