- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects, from initial planning to post-go-live support, ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria while establishing governance structures and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary liaison between internal departments, IT, and external partners, ensuring transparent communication across all project phases.
- Oversee key project activities, including data migration, system integration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover strategies.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while driving change management initiatives to support user adoption.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, internal controls, and audit requirements while leveraging your expertise in RICEFW.

- Qualification: You hold a degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience: You have several years of proven experience in IT project/program management, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Know-how and skills: Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA, project governance, and RICEFW development sets you apart. You are skilled in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Nice to have: Experience with SAP Fiori, ABAP, and Basis is a plus, as is a certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Personality: You are a proactive, empathetic leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to adapt your interaction style to different personalities makes you a trusted partner at all levels.
- Language skills: You are fluent in English, and additional language skills (e.g., German) are an advantage.
