- You take overall responsibility for planning, managing, and executing our SAP RISE migration, leading internal and external project teams from SAP, hyperscalers, and integration partners.
- Your tasks include developing and steering our technical migration strategy — from brownfield to selective data transition to system consolidations.
- You ensure adherence to timelines, budget, quality, and security standards, and you take ownership of escalation and interface management between SAP, hyperscalers, and internal stakeholders.
- By technically assessing our existing SAP landscape, you develop a future-proof target architecture, including network, security, identity, monitoring, and integration.
- Together with our SAP Basis teams, you secure stable and sustainable operations after go-live and define a viable cloud operating model.
- Your responsibilities also include managing SAP RISE service offerings, coordinating availability strategies with hyperscalers, and leveraging relevant SAP BTP services.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have a degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Experience: You bring more than five years of experience in the SAP Basis environment and have successfully led large international IT transformation projects.
- Know-how and skills: Your expertise includes SAP architectures, HANA, Linux, security, and interfaces, and you possess deep technical understanding of SAP migrations — ideally SAP RISE.
- Nice to have: You have knowledge of SAP BTP services, hybrid SAP architectures, Cloud ALM, or SAP RISE operating and contract models.
- Personality: You impress with a structured working style, strong analytical skills, and reliable, solution-oriented communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language skills: You speak fluent English and feel comfortable in an international environment; German language skills are an advantage.
