- As Rollout or Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) in B2B product management for digital solutions at the Vaillant Group, you will be responsible for the international rollout of our B2B web shop for wholesalers and installers
- You will analyze the requirements of the national sales companies, negotiate the scope of functions, and ensure scalable implementation of local needs
- In a key position between product development, the central sales organization, and the regional teams, you will ensure smooth implementation and high market acceptance
- After a successful market launch, you will work with the Product Owner to support and moderate the continuous development of the customer journey and carry out feature and country rollouts
- You ensure that product context and content are maintained and up to date
- You continuously improve the user experience through incident management, feedback analysis, monitoring, reporting, and prioritization of new features, thereby increasing product usage and the business relevance of the solution
- Your contribution strengthens digital transformation in B2B business and promotes long-term customer loyalty
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You have a master's degree in economics, management, marketing, or sales.
- Experience: You have several years of experience as a stakeholder or rollout manager or in a similar role in international digital product management—ideally, you have already worked in the e-commerce environment.
- Know-how & skills: You have knowledge of requirements analysis, negotiation, and incident management. Knowledge of agile project management and web technologies is welcome
- Personality: You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented, highly self-motivated, and able to balance complex stakeholder interests
- Language skills: You are fluent in German and English to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
- Tools: You are proficient in your tech stack of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
