• In your role as Regional Portfolio Owner for Region West (covering the markets Belgium, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the Nordics), you will define and continuously evolve in close collaboration with the countries the regional portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market developments, and global portfolio direction
• By analyzing market trends, customer insights, competitive activities, and future business opportunities, you will identify strategic growth areas and derive recommendations that strengthen our market position
  Your responsibilities will include monitoring portfolio performance across the entire lifecycle, evaluating profitability, competitiveness, market adoption, and strategic fit, while initiating measures that maximize business impact
• You will safeguard the execution of strategic pricing guardrails, corridors and the pricing architecture across our region and closely track the price realization during lifecycle
• Together with regional and global stakeholders, you will act as the central point of contact for strategic portfolio topics, balancing local market requirements with overall business objectives and influencing decisions across organizational boundaries
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service, and Operations, you will develop compelling value propositions, drive commercialization strategies, and ensure successful market launches of products, solutions, and services
• Through coaching and guiding the regional portfolio management community, you will foster a customer-centric and commercially driven mindset while supporting capability development, collaboration, and change initiatives

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: You hold a university degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field that provides a solid foundation for this role
• Experience: You bring at least five years of professional experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or related commercial functions, ideally within an international environment
• Know-how and skills: You have a strong understanding of portfolio management, business strategy, commercialization, and market analysis, combined with the ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority
• Nice to have: Experience leading international projects, steering cross-functional teams within complex matrix organizations is a strong advantage
• Personality: You are an autonomous and results-oriented professional who combines strategic thinking with a collaborative mindset, acts as a change agent, and successfully builds consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
• Language skills: You are proficient in English. Additional language skills are highly appreciated
