- In your role as Packaging Data Domain Owner (m/f/d), you will drive the digital transformation of the Vaillant Group by establishing sustainable data standards and fostering collaboration with national and international stakeholders to ensure high data quality and effective data utilization
- You will further develop group-wide packaging data standards, definitions, and governance policies while ensuring their consistent implementation across your data domain
- Together with local Data Owners, business functions of logistics, and the Data Governance Office, you will establish transparent data processes and ensure strong data integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle
- Your responsibilities will also include steering and coordinating data migration activities, defining extraction and mapping rules, and supporting validation processes to ensure sustainable data quality
- By analyzing packaging data quality metrics, you will identify optimization opportunities, initiate improvement measures, and contribute to elevating data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Working closely with interdisciplinary and international stakeholders, you will gather business requirements, resolve cross-domain data challenges, and develop sustainable group-wide solutions
- In addition, you will maintain the global data catalog, promote knowledge sharing across the organization, and support the development of a data-driven culture
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Logistics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Experience: You bring proven professional experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or a comparable data-focused environment and ideally have experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Know-how & Skills: You possess strong expertise in Logistics, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lifecycle Management, and Stakeholder Management, and you are able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- Nice to have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, Salesforce, and modern Data Management tools will help you create value quickly within the organization
- Personality: You stand out through your high level of initiative, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills, enabling you to bring together diverse stakeholders and build lasting networks around shared goals
- Language skills: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage
