Project Portfolio Management: You keep track of country-specific projects and bring all relevant stakeholders from the global organization on board—for successful execution. - Cost & Quality Controlling: You support our Regional IT Managers and executive leadership in planning the annual IT budget and forecasts. You help reduce costs and risks, for example, by minimizing local IT applications and leveraging global services.
- IT Processes & Tools: You ensure our global IT and cybersecurity policies are followed in all countries. Identifying, assessing, and minimizing risks is your goal. You also make sure our corporate processes are well-known and established locally.
- Leadership: You lead a dedicated team of international IT Managers and IT Experts across various locations in Europe and China—with empathy, clarity, and a shared vision.

- Qualification: You hold a successfully completed university degree (Master’s level)—e.g., in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
- Experience: You have solid leadership experience in international IT management and know how to tackle complex challenges.
- Negotiation Skills: You excel at bringing together different perspectives and developing viable solutions—even in demanding situations.
- Communication: You communicate clearly, persuasively, and on equal footing—whether in person, in writing, or in presentations at top management level.
- Personality: You are a true team player with a strong sense of priorities. You make decisions with foresight and implement them consistently. You are open to change and passionate about IT topics on an international scale.
- Languages: You speak fluent German and English—additional language skills are a plus.
