Head of IT Functions (PLM, MD, QM, PTP) (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • In this role you lead an IT department focusing on delivering IT solutions (mainly SAP-based) for the Vaillant Group focussing
    - Specification to Market launch (Interface to Windchill as well as MDG)
    - Purchase to Pay (SAP MM as well as ARIBA)
    - Quality management (SAP QM as well as third parties solutions
    - Digital integration (mobile solutions such as MOBISYS) 
  • By leading a hybrid international team, you ensure that the products, services, and processes in your area meet current and future enterprise needs
  • You foster trustworthy relationships with key business stakeholders in a transparent and professional manner, while optimizing the IT-related resources within your budget   
  • You continuously assess the company`s digital maturity, monitor emerging trends, and deliver state-of-the art technology solutions to fill possible gaps on your road map
  • You also enable fast and reliable change delivery to the business, while mitigating potential risks  
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You have completed your studies in business administration, economics, computer science, or a comparable qualification 
  • You have 10+ years of experience in global IT Management with a track record of leading international teams 
  • You possess expertise in digital strategy & transformation and are familiar with the role it plays in the overall business strategy
  • Ideally you have SAP experience in one of these areas: SAP QM, MDG/ Master Data, SAP MM and/ or ARIBA  or  MOBISYS
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills on all business levels - you speak fluently German and English in your daily business
