- In your role as Head of Manufacturing Process Improvement (m/f/d), you will lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects with significant cross-functional impact, focusing on operational efficiency, cost optimization and process quality across our production network
- Together with international plant and group leadership teams, you will identify and implement sustainable improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs
- Your responsibilities will also include leading, developing and empowering an international team of manufacturing improvement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring the successful delivery of complex transformation projects across the manufacturing network
- By leveraging advanced data analytics, business intelligence solutions and performance transparency models, you will create the foundation for fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations
- You will drive the development of factory, process and material flow simulations, translating insights into future-oriented manufacturing concepts, optimized layouts and scalable operational standards
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will shape manufacturing standards, manage plant relocation projects and ensure that lessons learned are continuously embedded throughout the organization
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning or a comparable technical discipline
- Experience: You bring extensive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing environments and have successfully managed complex operational excellence, manufacturing transformation or relocation projects in an international setting
- Know-how & Skills: You combine strong expertise in manufacturing processes, project management, factory planning, operational controlling and data-driven decision making with the ability to lead large-scale change initiatives
- Nice to have: Experience with MTM, SAP, Product Lifecycle Management systems, Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft Project, factory simulation methodologies or computer-aided design solutions would be an advantage
- Personality: You inspire others through your strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management capabilities, intercultural awareness and your ability to build trust across all organizational levels from shop floor to executive management
- Language skills: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage
