- In this key role as Global Portfolio Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic development of an international product portfolio, making a direct contribution to sustainable growth, competitiveness, and long-term business success.
- You will define and further develop the long-term strategy for a global HVAC product portfolio, deriving forward-looking solutions that address diverse market requirements.
- You will shape the global portfolio and roadmap planning process, taking into account technological developments, regulatory requirements, and market trends, thereby creating the foundation for future growth.
- By analyzing the entire product lifecycle, you will identify opportunities to enhance profitability, market attractiveness, and competitiveness, and initiate targeted optimization measures.
- Working closely with international stakeholders from Engineering, Finance, and Management, you will align diverse interests and establish a solid basis for decision-making through fact-based analyses and performance metrics.
- Your responsibilities will also include prioritizing strategic investments, identifying opportunities and risks, and continuously advancing the global portfolio.
- In international and cross-functional initiatives, you will take on a leadership role, facilitate timely decision-making, and drive the execution of strategic portfolio objectives.

- Qualifications: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field, at Master's or Diploma level.
- Experience: Your solid professional experience in portfolio, product, or strategy management enables you to confidently assess complex situations and make sustainable, long-term decisions.
- Know how and Language Skills: You possess strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and experience in both traditional and agile project management methodologies. In addition, you demonstrate outstanding analytical skills, strong international communication abilities, and excellent English language proficiency.
- Nice to Have: Experience with requirements management methodologies, as well as knowledge of tools and applications such as SAP BW, Jira, Polarion, and Microsoft Office, will enable you to quickly create value in the role.
- Personality: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, think strategically, and maintain a clear overview even in a dynamic international environment. You stand out through your initiative, decisiveness, and strong sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you enjoy providing functional leadership to international teams, bringing together diverse perspectives, and successfully driving the achievement of shared objectives.
