Data Governance Manager (m/f/d) B2C

What we achieve together

  • In your role as a team member of sales & pricing, you develop and ensure compliance with groupwide definitions, rules and quality standards for business customer data objects in close collaboration with the Data Governance Office
  • Together with data owners, you define extraction and mapping rules, accompany migration activities and validate data‑related processes end to end
  • Your responsibilities will include creating clear specifications for data generation, data provision, consistency and quality across B2C domains
  • By taking ownership of data processes, you develop domain‑specific data standards and support data owners through training and guidance on data compliance
  • You monitor data quality continuously, identify and resolve quality issues and analyze key performance indicators to drive sustainable improvement
  • Together with an interdisciplinary network, you maintain the global data catalog and metadata repositories and actively contribute to group‑wide initiatives

  • Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Management or a comparable field
  • Experience: You bring solid professional experience in data management, including data migration, data definition and data mapping, and have experience working with cross‑functional teams as well as strong project management skills
  • Know-how and skills: You have in‑depth knowledge of data governance principles and data management tools, and experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce is an advantage
  • Nice to have: Experience in a B2C environment or in an international corporate context supports your successful contribution
  • Personality: You enjoy change, work in a structured and meticulous manner, and combine organizational talent with an empathetic and trustworthy communication style
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently at all levels thanks to your business‑fluent English skills, both written and spoken
