- Qualification: You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field Experience: You bring proven experience in designing and customizing SuccessFactors solutions
- Know-how and skills: You have an in-depth understanding of HR business processes and strong analytical skills
- Nice to have: Knowledge of project management methods and experience in cross-system integrations
- Personality: Your open and trustworthy nature, team spirit and structured way of working make you stand out
- Laguage skills: You communicate confidently in German and English at all levels
