- You will drive the organizational change management activities within Vaillant’s Digital Transformation program, ensuring the successful implementation of change projects
- Acting as a valued consultant and change ambassador, you support relevant stakeholders in driving improvements across the entire value chain
- Your critical analysis of business processes will guide process owners and enable them to maximize their organizational development potential
- You support the further development of Vaillant Group Business Process Management and will take responsibility for projects and project work packages as (sub)-project lead
- By preparing and facilitating workshops, you help identify process improvements and support their successful execution in collaboration with stakeholders
- You will ensure high-quality, engaging learning content on our training platform (Datango), coordinating with process owners for content planning, creation, and revisions
- Supporting continuous development, you will develop and deliver training courses for new authors, maintaining standards and empowering teams to produce high-caliber learning materials
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: A bachelor’s or higher degree in media pedagogy, instructional design, business psychology, or related fields
- Proven experience in change and training management, with a track record of leading successful initiatives
- Ideally, background in international rollout projects working with diverse teams
- Personality: High own initiative, motivation, global thinking and team-working-ability complete your profile
- Skills & languages: You have excellent analytical, communicational, facilitating and social skills and you are fluent in business English and German
