- As part of the Vaillant Group’s digital transformation, you will develop, plan, and implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to ensure the sustainable success of transformation projects.
- As a Change Ambassador (m/f/d), you will advise key stakeholders and support them in effectively implementing improvements along the entire value chain.
- Working closely with process owners, you will transition the existing structural and process organization into the new Digital Process Platform and derive practical measures such as (end-user) training or further development initiatives.
- You will professionally plan, facilitate, and evaluate trainings and workshops with stakeholders across all leadership levels, enabling the development and successful implementation of concrete change and improvement measures.
- In addition, you will actively contribute to managing and implementing organizational and process optimization initiatives, thereby fostering the continuous development of the organization.
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You hold a successfully completed university degree (Master’s), e.g., in Business Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Experience: You have experience in international rollout projects and at least 3 years of professional experience in change management and organizational development.
- Know-how: You bring solid experience with Office applications, Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and learning or training platforms.
- Personality: A strong team spirit, effective prioritization, excellent analytical, facilitation skills, and a high level of execution make you stand out. High empathy, motivation, and a global mindset round off your profile.
- Language skills: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills on all business levels - you speak fluently English and German in your daily business
- Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel regularly (approx. 1–2 times per month) within Western Europe, supported by an international mindset.
