- In your role as BCM Manager Production (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring and continuously enhancing the business continuity capabilities of our production and logistics sites.
- You will serve as the central point of contact for all BCM-related topics within the Manufacturing division and act as the link between production plants, headquarters, and the group-wide crisis coordinator.
- Your responsibilities include actively participating in the Manufacturing Emergency Round Table, contributing to risk mitigation and crisis prevention at our sites, as well as supporting the management of group-wide crisis situations.
- By developing and continuously improving group-wide BCM standards for production sites, you will ensure consistent requirements and support the plants in their implementation.
- A key focus of your role will be the creation and regular updating of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Recovery Plans in close collaboration with the production sites.
- You will coordinate, support, and follow up on internal and external audits as well as crisis training exercises, in alignment with our external BCM consulting partners.
- You will be responsible for conducting and maintaining Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
- Ensuring the completeness and currency of all BCM documentation and emergency preparedness concepts will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will support the continuous assessment and further development of our production sites within the BCM maturity model framework.
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You have proven expertise in the field of Business Continuity Management (BCM). A Master's degree in Business Administration, Fire Protection and Safety Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline is considered an advantage. In addition, you bring solid experience in Business Continuity Management within a manufacturing environment and are familiar with the specific characteristics of industrial structures and processes.
- Technical Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of BCM, fire protection, safety engineering, or auditing and apply this expertise effectively when developing standards, conducting audits, and performing risk and measure assessments.
- Personality: You work in a structured, analytical, and risk-oriented manner, communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and act consistently in accordance with defined standards and requirements.
- Language Skills and Willingness to Travel: You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills. Occasional business travel is required
