• Analyze system and stakeholder requirements and translate them into robust function concepts and technical specifications, considering functional architectures as well as corresponding hardware and software architectures.

• Calibrate appliance functions (software parameter) and derive structured parametrization guidelines for development, testing, and series application.
• Take continuous end‑to‑end (E2E) responsibility for dedicated function clusters within a platform‑based development approach.

What makes us successful together

• Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably with a focus on
  Control Theory and preferably Thermodynamics, Refrigeration Engineering, Heat Transfer Systems
• Ideally several years of professional experience in development of air‑to‑water heat pump (AWHP) systems (or similar technical solutions)
• Strong experience with refrigerant circuit applications and mechatronic (thermodynamic system, actuators and sensors) system behavior
• Sound knowledge of development methods and processes, including technical specifications，FMEA，hardware and software prototyping (including simulations) and test and verification planning
• Experience with relevant development tools, preferably: Polarion,MATLAB / Simulink, Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) environments (e.g. dSPACE ControlDesk)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Experience in cross‑functional, international development teams
• Structured, analytical working style combined with technical ownership, strong communication skills, and team orientation
