Purchasing support centre specialist

What we achieve together

  • Your day-to-day business is to support colleagues of the Group Purchasing department in their administrative tasks in an effective manner.
  • To keep processes running, you will communicate daily with internationally based suppliers.
  • You will take care of the operative support to buyers and attend regular team meetings to ensure information flow.
  • One of your daily tasks will include maintaining and creating purchasing data using various tools and software (e.g., SAP, MDG-M, MDG-S).
  • You will follow-up processes and report on relevant KPIs using MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

  • You hold a business qualification, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), or you have initial experience in administrative office work.
  • Your well-developed skills in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) form the foundation of your daily business.
  • Communication, reliability flexibility, is among your strengths and you use these skills successfully in contact with suppliers.
  • You are confident in communicating in fluent English; additional German language skills are welcome.
  • You are a team player who also excels at working independently and by yourself.
