- By establishing trusting relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams, you guide projects toward successful completion and act as a reliable, empathetic partner.
- Together with interdisciplinary teams working with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and DevOps, you coordinate project deliverables, manage external consultants, and maintain transparent communication.
- You facilitate project meetings with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment and resolve open points.
- By creating and maintaining project documentation in Jira and Confluence, you ensure structure, transparency, and traceability for all stakeholders.
What makes us successful together

- Experience: You bring at least three years in the IT industry and minimum three years of hands‑on IT project management experience in hybrid environments.
- Know‑how and skills: You are confident working with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office tools, and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and you manage deliverables, milestones, and communication with care and precision.
- Nice to have: Salesforce knowledge or experience in Salesforce environments is a strong advantage and helps you connect even faster with our Lead‑To‑Order ecosystem.
- Personality: You thrive in a dynamic environment, build strong relationships across teams, balance multiple responsibilities, and work with empathy, structure, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Language skills: You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset in our international setting.
