In your role as Project Manager IT Controlling, you will shape the future of our global controlling landscape and contribute directly to making sustainable technologies available worldwide.
- You take responsibility for leading SAP controlling activities within our Record-to-Report Controlling IT team, driving controlling IT innovations and ensuring that new processes and functionalities for management accounting are successfully implemented
- Together with internal IT consultants, their team leads, internal stakeholders and external service providers, you coordinate R2R projects and actively drive innovation initiatives that enhance our global controlling processes
- Your responsibilities will include ensuring project success by steering timelines, budgets and deliverables while maintaining transparent and trust-based communication with all stakeholders
- You lead interdisciplinary project teams based on established methodology, collaborating closely with our business Global Process Owner teams and operational business partners
- By guiding and advising both IT consultants and business stakeholders, you contribute valuable expertise to discussions on process design, solution concepts and implementation approaches within SAP S/4HANA Controlling
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You hold a university degree in business administration, information technology, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience: You bring several years of practical experience in consultancy and project leadership, ideally combining deep expertise in SAP Controlling with integration know-how to related business processes
- Know-how: You have strong knowledge of modern controlling solutions and upcoming SAP innovations, complemented by experience in SAP rollout activities
- Nice to have: You ideally bring experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA Finance release
- Personality: You are characterized by strong analytical abilities, a hands on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Language skills: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills on all business levels - you speak fluently English in your daily business, German is a plus
