- Supporting daily production activities by monitoring production performance and helping ensure the efficient utilization of production resources.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by participating in productivity projects, process optimization activities, and operational improvement efforts.
- Supporting product quality by taking part in problem-solving activities, process FMEA studies, 8D investigations, quality monitoring, and corrective action implementation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production continuity, maintenance activities, material availability, and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Participating in VPS activities, ISO management systems, employee qualification initiatives, and the successful implementation of new production projects.

- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, process engineering, or a related field will help you build a strong foundation for your career.
- Know-how and Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies will help you succeed in this role.
- Language Skills: Good command of English is required to work effectively in an international business environment.
