- In your role as a Process Mining/Intelligence Consultant, you will drive the development of innovative Process Mining and Process Intelligence solutions while partnering closely with stakeholders to understand and address their evolving business requirements.
- By designing, optimizing, and enhancing Process Intelligence architectures, data models, and dashboards in Celonis, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.
- Together with an international and interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to our group-wide Process Intelligence migration program and support global rollouts, ensuring seamless business and technical integration.
- Through the definition of standards, governance principles, and best practices, you will help build sustainable, scalable, and high-quality Process Intelligence solutions that create long-term value.
- Your responsibilities will include training key users, documenting processes, and promoting process intelligence literacy to empower colleagues and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- By identifying emerging trends, exploring innovative approaches, and implementing best practices, you will actively shape Vaillant’s Process Intelligence transformation journey and contribute to our digital future.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You bring at least three years of professional experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Mining, Process Intelligence, or a related area and have a proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven solutions with Celonis.
- Know-how and skills: You possess strong knowledge of Celonis and SQL, combined with a solid understanding of business processes, data analytics, process mining, and process intelligence. Experience with Python, R, Matlab, or similar technologies is considered an advantage.
- Nice to have: Experience with SAP environments, Digital Twin concepts, Big Data technologies, data engineering, or large-scale transformation programs would further strengthen your profile.
- Personality: You build trust through your positive and collaborative approach, communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels, demonstrate excellent analytical thinking, and are recognized for your structured way of working and eagerness to learn.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in English. German language skills would be considered an advantage.
