• As a specialist in the planning process, you will conduct analysis production planning and scheduling processes to identify their strengths and weaknesses, define optimization and standardization measures and ensure smooth implementation in the S/4 Hana PP/DS environment.
• In this position, you will play significant roles to enable active exchange of the Group Production Planning and Scheduling Key-User Community.
• You will ensure guidance and support for local scheduling teams (processes consultancy, training and documentation) and you will support the PP/DS tactical process owner TPO.
• Your responsibility will also include Implementation of process improvement activities in Vaillant’s production network with the support of the S/4 HANA SAP PP/DS features.
• You will support the development of a group-wide approach to ensure that the central process rules, responsibilities and guidelines will be followed by the local plants.
• Contribute to the Group Production Planning and Scheduling Governance Function and Interaction with local teams to ensure the implementation of group-wide process standards will be one of your tasks.
• Contribute to the further development of production planning and scheduling KPI reporting, analyze PP KPIs and derive counteractive measures will be one of your key tasks.
• You will participate in leading international PP and PP/DS projects to ensure process improvements in Vaillant Group’s Production Planning Network and you will contribute to Digital Process World Team (DPW) S/4 Hana PP/DS.

What makes us successful together

• You have successfully graduated in Production Planning, SCM or Business Administration fields.
• You have work experience of more than 3 years in a production planning or SCM environment.
• You have solid knowledge of SAP PP and PP/DS.
• English fluent in spoken and written and willingness to travel of about 10%.
